The service we provide
Move Rewards is an enquiry service. We collect the details of your move and pass them to the removal partner operating in your area. We do not carry out removals ourselves and we do not issue quotations.
Free and without obligation
There is no charge for submitting an enquiry through Move Rewards, and you are under no obligation to accept any quotation you receive.
Your enquiry
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are genuinely enquiring about a home move. Quotations, availability, pricing and the removal work itself are a matter between you and the removal partner. Any contract for removal services is formed directly with that partner.
Our responsibility
We take care to pass your enquiry on promptly and accurately, but we are not responsible for the services provided by a removal partner, for the content of any quotation, or for a partner's decision to quote. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Pilot service
Move Rewards is currently operating a pilot service in Ayrshire. Enquiries are handled by the removal partner covering that territory.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you submit an enquiry is the version that applies.
