Move Rewards operates an online removal enquiry service. We collect the details of your move and pass them to the removal partner operating in your area so they can contact you about a quotation.

Information we collect

• Your name, mobile number and email address.
• Where you are moving from and, if known, where you are moving to.
• Your moving date or approximate timing.
• Your property size and type, and any notes you choose to add.
• Technical enquiry information such as the campaign or QR code that brought you to the site, the page you landed on, and the time your enquiry was created.

We only collect the information necessary to process your removal enquiry.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your information to process your enquiry and to share it with the removal partner handling enquiries in your area. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting your enquiry. We record that you gave consent, when you gave it, and the version of this notice in force at the time.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is shared with the removal partner serving your area so they can contact you about your quote. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to administer the service and meet our legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your information, ask us to correct or erase it, restrict or object to its processing, request portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
